... works to promote the representation of women at all levels of public life. We are based in the north of England, but are developing our activities across the country. In particular, we:

• commission, carry out and publish research and reports on women in public life
• hold events to promote the representation of women, to facilitate networking and the exchange of good practice, and to develop a wider understanding of the issues
• hold events to provide women with the information, tools and confidence they need to enter (and to remain in) public life
• run consultations with subscribers, partners and others on key issues
• work with partner organizations to promote our objectives
